Partners has had a new telephone system installed. You may have noticed a few changes including the new automated message!
The benefits of our new UCCX system are that it is based on a more stable platform. With 85% of our customers contacting us through the telephone we need to most stable and robust system we can. You may also notice that we don’t hold calls anymore at the front end of the system providing you with a faster route to the service you want to talk to.
We hope you have not been inconvenienced by the implementation of our new systems and apologise if you have. We will continue to invest in our services for the longer term benefit to you, our customer.
