All Tenancy Management staff currently dealing based at our Colebrooke Place office will be moving to our North Road office, to join their colleagues already based there.
The staff will then be reorganising into three specialist teams focussing on these areas:
1. Rent Collection
2. Tenancy Management
3. Anti-Social Behaviour
If you have an ongoing case with us this may mean that the person dealing with it will change.
We will still be operating a reception service and offering "drop in" surgeries at Colebrooke Place. You will also be able to make an appointment to see a member of staff at Colebrooke if you like.
