Partners has been awarded the Government’s Customer Service Excellence Standard in recognition of the quality of its service provision.
The Award was achieved after Partners was assessed on its understanding of customers, organisational culture, provision of information, business delivery, and, the quality of services. This assessment involved the inspector speaking to customers, visiting people in their homes during refurbishment work, meeting Partners staff, and getting feedback from Homes for Islington, the organisation that monitors Partners on behalf of Islington Council.
