Customer Satisfaction telephone surveys

We employ a reputable market research company to complete customer satisfaction calls on our behalf. If you’ve received a service from us, for example if we’ve completed a repair,  they may call you to ask you about your experience. If you don’t want to complete the survey, you don’t have to.

If you’d like to opt out of receiving customer satisfaction calls you can do so in advance by contacting us  or by telling the operator when they call you to complete a satisfaction call. They will ensure your telephone number is removed from any future surveys.

We are reviewing this practice in light of Data Protection regulations changes due in May 2018 to ensure we remain compliant with relevant legislation.
