Welcome to the Partners For Improvement in Islington website. Partners manage 4,500 tenanted homes and 2,000 leasehold properties on behalf of the London Borough of Islington. This includes day-to-day repairs, major improvement works, and tenancy & leasehold management.
This website provides up-to-date information for residents on our services.
From April 2013, the Government’s welfare reforms mean social housing residents receiving Housing Benefit will lose 14% of this benefit if they have one extra bedroom and 25% if they have two or more extra bedrooms. The Government's new size criteria considers one room necessary for each couple or adult aged over 16. The new rules only apply to tenants of working age so if you receive a state pension, or are of an age where you could receive a state pension, this change will not affect you. Further details on this change can be found here.
The next Partners Residents Forum meeting will take place at Islington Town Hall on Thursday 30 May, between 6.30-8.30pm. All residents are welcome!
If you have any questions about the meeting please contact Tom Irvine on 0800 587 3595.
