'Chance to chat' is a new initiative aimed at giving you the opportunity to talk to a member of our Service Improvement Team via Zoom or Teams.

You might have a question about on one of our policies, feedback on our service you’d like to share, or you just might want to know more about how Partners works. We might not be able to answer all your questions on the call but will agree a timescale with you on responding to everything.

'Chance to chat' does not replace or supersede our complaints process. If you are currently using our complaints process, please continue to contact your Complaints Officer about your case.
