Partners Text Satisfaction Surveys - Starts Wednesday 17 April

From Wednesday 17 April, we’ll be sending a text message satisfaction survey to all residents who’ve contacted us the previous week.

They will be sent every Wednesday thereafter.

Within a rolling month period we will only text a resident once, regardless of how many times they have called us. The texts will be sent between 8am-8pm.

Anyone who has not responded within 72 hours will receive a follow up reminder text. The texts will include an opt out link.

Residents will receive a text from 'Partners' inviting you to click on a link to complete the survey. If you do it’ll take you to 3 questions:

1. Did the agent listen to you and treat you with respect?

2. Did they provide helpful information?

3. Are you satisfied with the way your call was handled?

Residents can opt out of future texts using a link in the text or they can call us.

The feedback from the surveys will help us to ensure we're providing a good service to customers.
