Tenant Satisfaction Measures

Tenant satisfaction measures (TSMs) help show how well social housing landlords are doing at providing good quality homes and services. They help tenants hold their landlords to account and we must show the results of our surveys.

Islington Council carried a tenant perception satisfaction survey during 2023/24 as part of the new regulatory requirements. This was the first tenant perception survey and Islington Council will now conduct and publish the results every year. Partners residents were included in the surveys.
